The Oklahoma Tax Commission offers to the public many personalized license plates, including plates for those who support the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University Boone Pickens U, Breast Cancer Research, and Wildlife Conservation. These plate subjects all have something in common — they appeal to people who are alive.
In a move that one can only describe as sheer brilliance, the OTC is offering a license plate for those drivers who are dead:

Please note there is no cost, so those of you who were killed in ‘nam circa 1967 may contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission for your free “I’m dead and still driving” personalized license plate.

I’m wondering whether you have to provide proof you were KIA before you can purchase the tag? If I see a car with that tag driving in front of me, I’m getting the hell off the road!
