We don’t see what else they’ll do at 6 p.m. Saturday. Save for bringing in one million tiny desk fans, we really can’t see them playing football — if facing SMU can be called that — in the ocean of water that now covers their taco-lovin’ field.
A random West Texas blog had some startling shots from SBC/T-Mobile/Sprint/Nextel/AT&T Jones Field. Or whatever the hell they call it. They titled their post “Get Your Paddles Up.” I guess that’s creative. Sorta. Effin Tech.
BTW, is Michael Phelps’ 15 minutes up? No? He’s hosting Saturday Night Live this week? Wow, they should have paired him with Shannon Miller and it would have been the battle royale of the world’s most intriguing “personalities.”
