I hates the Teebow.
I’d like to think we are going to start with a Preseason #1 ranking and hold it all the way to the title game…which we will win this year…but this is similar to my dreams of me and Megan Fox…they never end the way I wanted them to.

We won’t be preseason No. 1, that’s for sure.

The reasons are simple:
1. He knows Timmy is not God’s gift to football like the media plays him out to be and that Bradford is.
2. He knows Florida got away with one in the BCS title game last year.
3. He fully expects (knows) there will be a rematch in this years title game. I mean, why else would you study 45 minutes of film on a team that’s not “officially” on your schedule?

Now with all that being said, I have to believe OU will HAVE TO go undefeated this year to make the title game. The voters will make damn sure OU does not get there if we have anything close to the controversy we had last season (especially now that the final coaches’ votes are anonymous….EFFIN WEAK!). If we have 1 loss, dumbass Mack will vote 17th or something while Schnelly drops us outta his top 25. Media will follow suit in assuring OU is punished for its previous BCS woes (Colin Cowherd anyone?).

I’d put money on the Ohio St / Penn St winner to make it in over Florida. When was the last time Florida ran the table.

If that’s the case then it’s only beacuse the BIG 10 sucks and either has the chance to run the table on their conf schedule. OSU will probably lose to USC early though.

Big 10 sucks is part of it (Doesn’t mean Ohio St. sucks). Plus, USC is breaking in a new QB, and its an early season game at the Shoe.

Urban studying us in June when we’re not on his schedule is either complimentary or good preparation. Maybe both. I wonder though, since he’s not opposed to borrowing ideas and improving upon them, if he’s looking to go no-huddle himself.

I read somewhere the other day that he was implementing some no-huddle. I wouldn’t mind seeing us implement some version of the “Tebow Jump Pass”, except instead of Bradford (since he never runs), Have Bradford hand off to Murray or Brown, and then they jump pass to Gresh in the endzone.

I think he’s going to implement some of what we do. I do agree that we have to have a goose egg in the “L” column to end up in Pasadena this year. It won’t be easy either considering that of any ‘tough’ games we have this year, only 1 will be in Norman. Every other game this year should be “an old fashion stompin’ in Norman folks” I also like Ohio States chances of getting to Pasadena. Wouldn’t that be something if we ended up there in that one. At least one of us would end our title game skid!
