RDK Doesn’t Like ‘Hotlinking’

What’s hotlinking, you ask? Well, it’s the equivalent of groping all women within a 10-mile radius of your location. OK, that might be a bit much … but it more annoyed us than anything when some spare blog — Dueling Couches — decided to directly display one of our pictures from our server, thereby stealing bandwidth* from Assman.

For full disclosure, Gravy and I used to do this in the early months of RDK. We didn’t know any better. Which is why I sent said spare blog an extremely polite e-mail just asking them to save the pic to their own server. Pretty cool, right? No response. Much like SugarTits and Mattress Kitten, I hate being
ignored and went on the offensive. My retaliation after the jump.

So, while they wanted a pic of the slutty Red Sox girl from our Sexy Sox Girls Are Sexy post in April, they instead got the following (NSFW: language) once I switched the file names:
