Windows 7: Making Internet Awkward

Either Microsoft and their respective agencies are so smart and have my gerbil-like brain fooled … or they’re really stuck in the AOL-owned 1995 era of time. It’s driving me crazy that I don’t know.

What am I talking about? Well, the Bill Gates Empire has released a slew of Windows 7 Party videos, which explain how you can host your own Windows 7 party and show off the “cool” computer tricks you can do with your new operating system. Futuristic capabilities like burning CDs, sharing photos and making guest lists. No way!

But are these so bad that they are ingeniously good? I can’t take it! Just tell me if they suck on purpose!

The example posted below is the awkward slutchild of Cialis, Toaster Strudels, Vehix.com and some cheesy corporate bullshit where they use the term synergy. They have a nerdy tech guy, random mommy blogger, old lady and the token black dude. Where the fuck are the Asians and Hispanics?

Update: Other have started making dirty parody videos of this little number. One version bleeps out the original dialog, which makes it sound as if they four are experts at planning slutty swingers parties. The grandma seems WAY too in to letting people “fool around with her &$%&*$.” Hot.
